About

I'm an applied entomologist currently working for Cornell AgriTech to conduct research in vegetable cropping systems. My research interests broadly cover insect ecology and agroecosystems and I am particularly interested in how practices to improve sustainability or regeneration of agricultural land impact arthropods and in improving management of agricultural pests to be more profitable, reliable, and less harmful to the environment.

I love finding solutions to grower-driven issues in agriculture and having the opportunity to see successful implementation of management practices on farms. In addition to applied research, I am passionate about effective science communication and improving the use of science in policy- and decision-making.
